Equipping and Encouraging Pastors There is no gathering more strategic than when we come together as pastors and leaders of the churches we love the most. While teaching is central to this conference, it encompasses so much more. For more than two decades, we have gathered to encounter God’s grace in relationships, equipping and training, worship, and teaching.
